Vampire musician Michael Glass has attracted the attention of a big- time producer who wants to cut a demo and play some gigs-which means Michael will have to enter the human world. For this, he’s been assigned escorts that include both a dangerous immortal as well as Michael’s all-too-human friends. And with that mix of personalities, this is going to be a road trip from hell…

Oh my gosh, this one was brilliant. I think Kiss of Death was my favorite Morganville Vampire book released thus far. I just loved it. It was really cool to see the characters outside of Morganville. It made everything fresh and new in a way, because you were seeing the characters outside everything you knew. The ending fit perfectly and it made me super excited for the next book, but wasn’t a cliff hanger like some of the prior books where it’s an agonizingly painful wait. I simply cannot wait for Ghost Town!! This is a book you will not want to miss.

I also just want to add I absolutely adore this cover, it’s my favorite cover out of all the books so far, but I am sort of mad that they felt the need to make the spine pink so it does not match the other books.

OMG THE SPINE BOTHERS ME SO MUCH!! It is sitting on my shelf now and I can see the pink spine next to all the other ones and it is so annoying…and I'm not even by the shelf. But otherwise I loved the book =]

Look at it this way, Glass Houses & Kiss of Death are colored, so they get to be like the book ends of the collection, Ghost Town will be Hard backed so it all works out.
