Giveaway: The Way We Fall + Minimergency Kit
I have a super exciting giveaway of The Way We Fall and a minimergency kit! My review of The Way We Fall will be going up later today.
Here’s a bit about the book if you haven’t heard:
It starts with an itch you just can’t shake.
Then comes a fever and a tickle in your throat.
A few days later, you’ll be blabbing your secrets and chatting with strangers like they’re old friends. Three more, and the paranoid hallucinations kick in.
And then you’re dead.
When a deadly virus begins to sweep through sixteen-year-old Kaelyn’s community, the government quarantines her island—no one can leave, and no one can come back.
Those still healthy must fight for dwindling supplies, or lose all chance of survival. As everything familiar comes crashing down, Kaelyn joins forces with a former rival and discovers a new love in the midst of heartbreak. When the virus starts to rob her of friends and family, she clings to the belief that there must be a way to save the people she holds dearest.
Because how will she go on if there isn’t?
Megan Crewe is the author of Give Up the Ghost and The Way We Fall. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two cats. You can find her on the web at her website, Facebook, Goodreads, blog, and twitter.

The one thing I’d need most in an emergency kit is any kind of moisturizer. I can’t live without something of the sort in my purse!

In a day to day emergency kit, an eyelash curler. In a “it’s the end of the world” emergency kit, food and water.
For an every day kit it would have to be soap – I can’t stand not being clean. Lol. And as for a real emergency, maybe iodine, to purify any contaminated water. Thanks for the giveaway!
Water. Got to stay hydrated.

I would want a knife in my emergency kit. A knife is an all around useful item. After the knife, I would like Water purification tablets. And thirdly, I would want an emergency blanket.
The only thing I need is my Glock
I’m going way out of the box here and going with pepper. I’m talking food emergencies :P My food is often too bland when I go out so I’d definitely use it. If we were talking real emergency, though, I’d probably just go with some way to purify water water be it tablets or a filter.

I really enjoy disaster type books. Not because of the disaster itself, but the way people react to some of the worst things that life can throw at one. This book sounds like it fits this category. I look forward to reading it.
